Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays in shipping, but we will notify you promptly of any expected delays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, Opti + Life® does not ship to international locations. When and if we begin international shipping, the shipping rates and delivery times will vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Opti + Life® is not responsible for any customs or import duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Opti + Life® is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
